PADI DISCOVER SCUBA DIVING

Have you ever wondered what it's like to breathe underwater?

If you want to try scuba diving but aren't quite ready for a course, the Discover Scuba Diving experience is for you.

At the pool, from a beach or from a boat you can try diving near your home or while on vacation.

While not a certified course, Discover Scuba Diving is a quick and easy introduction to what it takes to explore the underwater world.

To sign up for a Discover Scuba Diving experience, you must be at least 10 years old. No previous diving experience is necessary, but you must be in good physical shape.

You will learn basic safety guidelines and the skills needed to dive under the direct supervision of a PADI Professional.

If you will be doing an open water dive, you will practice a few other shallow water skills to prepare for your adventure.

Be prepared to:

•Review the equipment you will be using to dive and how easy it is to move underwater with it.

•Find out what it's like to breathe underwater.

•Learn the basic skills you will use on each dive.

•Enjoy swimming and exploring.

•Get more information on how to become a certified diver through the PADI OPEN WATER DIVER course.
